The clock is winding down to the end of my personal writing challenge. (The deadline was extended, due to one magazine's deadlines being pushed back a few days.)

Keep that coffee pot hot! Your talent is too extraordinary to let become lackadaisical. Understand, I want to encourage and cheer you on toward your goals! If you do better waiting until the last minute, then fine! Just don't sabatoge yourself - that would truly be a shame!
